Cassie Colgan

Cassie Colgan is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for Girl Scouts of Nassau County (GSNC), where she leads integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the Girl Scout brand and advance the organization's mission.
 

Since joining GSNC in 2011, she has held several leadership roles, culminating in her appointment as Senior Director in 2024.
An active leader in the communications profession, Cassie served on the Board of Directors of the Public Relations Professionals of Long Island (PRPLI) from 2016 through 2021 and has been a member of the Social Media Association (SMA) since 2012.

A lifelong Girl Scout, Cassie has been a member for 30 years and has earned the Girl Scouts of the USA Appreciation Pin, the Girl Scout Silver Award, and the prestigious Girl Scout Gold Award. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University’s Lender School of Business.
 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and swimming in her free time.
