She has lead diversity and HR initiatives at public and non-profit organizations with responsibility for all aspects of programming including design, implementation and re-engineering. 

She founded Global Diversity Collaborative and the Diversity Academy Awards in 2014, which are committed creating a global network diversity change agents and celebrating organizations and individuals making a difference by creating a more diverse and inclusive world.
