Communications Coordinator - Department of Communication Studies - Colorado State University

The Communications Coordinator leads and manages department marketing and communication initiatives through strategic storytelling, content creation, and market research. Communication efforts focus on recruiting and retaining students and elevating department reputation, programs, events, and achievements.

Position executes and publishes department storytelling using social media, website, feature news stories, digital assets, and other strategies. Create marketing and creative assets for department programs including ACT Human Rights Film Festival and Center for Public Deliberation. Contribute communication expertise in service to College communications. This position works collaboratively with department

chair, department faculty and staff, college, and university partners to create and distribute communications and media that support recruitment, retention, engagement, reputation, and other goals.
