The Social Media Association Announces Newly Appointed Board Members

The Social Media Association is pleased to announce its new leadership, including Julie Allegretti, a past president of the organization, who will return to serve as the new president.


As we begin this new chapter, we are refocusing our efforts on Long Island and placing a renewed emphasis on the value of in-person programming and local engagement. At the same time, we will continue to offer hybrid access and maintain key national partnerships.


As part of this revitalization, we are thrilled to welcome our new board members: Renna Guadalupe, Carrie Deehan, Adam Craig Ellis, Sharyn O’Mara, Deana Ambrosio, Melissa Rose, Kim L. Como, and Cassie Colgan. Their fresh perspectives, experience, and talent will be instrumental as we shape the organization’s vision for the year ahead.
